Job Summary:
We are a leading technology company in the banking industry and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. The
Business Analyst will work closely with our product development team,
stakeholders, and customers to gather requirements, analyze business
processes, and recommend solutions that align with our company's
objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the banking industry and possess strong analytical, communication, and
problem-solving skills. The Business Analyst will be responsible for
ensuring that our products meet customer needs and deliver value to our
stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product development team, and customers to gather requirements and document business processes.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities to optimize business processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop business cases and feasibility studies to support recommendations for new product features and enhancements.
• Create use cases, user stories, and other documentation to communicate requirements to the development team.
• Perform user acceptance testing and assist in identifying and resolving defects.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure the timely delivery of products.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry.

Strong understanding of business processes in the banking industry,
including procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and sales.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
